Contact Details Obtained Through Bookings: Helper phone numbers and other service worker contact details shared with customers during a booking are provided solely for coordination during that specific service. Using these contact details to make private arrangements or bypass TN45's booking system is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent blocking of the customer's account.
Helpers are bound by a signed Code of Conduct that prohibits sharing, storing, or forwarding traveller data beyond the day of service. Violation results in immediate termination.
8 Photo & Media Policy
During the service, helpers may send milestone photos to the booking family to provide reassurance. Our photo policy is strict:
- Photos are shared only with the booking family member via WhatsApp
- Photos are never posted on social media, websites, promotional materials, or any public channel
- Photos must be deleted from the helper's personal device within 30 days of the service
- Photo sharing requires prior consent obtained at the time of booking
- If consent is not given, no photos will be taken or shared during the service
9 Data Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
We may share the minimum necessary data with the following only as required for service delivery:
- Railway / transport authorities โ only when verifying platform or coach information (no personal data shared)
- Hospital administration โ only at the hospital counter during an escort service (minimum details)
- Emergency services (108, 112) โ in a genuine medical or safety emergency only
10 WhatsApp & Communication Policy
We use WhatsApp as our primary booking and update channel. The following applies to all WhatsApp communications:
- Our booking WhatsApp number is 9655451299 only. We will never contact you from unknown numbers claiming to be TN45.
- WhatsApp messages containing personal data (booking confirmations, milestone updates) are used for service delivery only
- We do not store WhatsApp chat histories beyond what is required for active booking management
- We will never ask you to share bank account details, OTPs, or sensitive financial information over WhatsApp
- Booking confirmations and billing receipts are shared over WhatsApp as a convenience โ paper records are the authoritative billing document
11 Website & Cookies
Our website (tn45.in) is a static informational and booking-query website. Regarding data collection on our website:
- We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies

14 Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
As a Data Principal (the person whose data we process), you have the following rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

If a booking involves a minor traveller, the booking must be made and consented to by a parent or legal guardian, who assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data of a minor without guardian consent, we will delete such data promptly.
